I'd like to tie Adam Sandler and Will Ferrell to the same giant boulder, and push it into a deep lake.....

That might be a funny movie in itself right there...

Its heaven and hell, oh well

Mr Deeds, Happy Gilmore, The Longest Yard, Spanglish, Wedding Singer, probably one or two more were good. But the movies he did where he plays the dumb <deleted> like Billy Madison, the water boy, little Nicky, all just suck!

I am over Sandler too. Farrell is okay. Carrey is my favorite, and old Richard Pryor movies.

see this confirms my thoughts that I could be a good movie critic, I seem to like the opposite of what the general public likes

I don't think Belladonna represents the general public. She's part of a relatively small segment of the movie-going population: Bean-Eating Adult Film Stars.

Belladonna, I humbly apologize for every joke I've made in the last hour, and I'm also going to be presumptuous and apologize on Spooky's behalf as well, especially for the jokes I've set up for him.

I just want you to know how truly sorry I am, and I can only hope you haven't been offended by any of them.

Of course, this is not to say I won't continue to make them, or chuck any more pitches slow an over the plate for Spooky to knock out of the park.... I just want you to know, when you read the jokes and jibes, that although I'm laughing on the outside, on the inside I'm also laughing, but also crying.

But also laughing.

And back on topic, I'm watching a report on MSNBC about the letters to the North Pole we were discussing in another topic.

that's too bad if you lived around here near auburn... its 10.50 a ticket now as of yesterday :(
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

.
'The Final Countdown' (1980)

Great movie! The USS Nimitz gets caught up in a freak storm and is transported back in
time to December 6th, 1941. Do they stop the Japanese invasion of Pearl Harbor or not?
As Lasky said, "Think of the firepower of the USS Nimitz back in 1941."
