..but...but can I still shoot you? I ain't shot someone/somethin' in a few days and my trigger finger, well it's just itchin' like crazy, tell you what.

I'd get a second opinion on a Lupus diagnosis....

My mom was diagnosed with it, then undiagnosed years later. The thing is, doctors know it exists, but they diagnose it by ruling out everything else because there's no sure-fire way to diagnose Lupus (despite what watching episodes of House indicate). I sometimes feel like doctors use that as a "mystery diagnosis" when they want to look like they're making progress, but they can't explain why your white blood count is low.

In any event, Lupus isn't a HUGE deal. It just means you can catch cold easier and the cold stays longer. (I'm over simplifying a bit there, but that's the general idea.)

Still, I'd recommend a second opinion...

And Andy, I'm glad to hear that they let you do arts and crafts in that old folks home you live in, even if it is only making doorstops out of mini linguistic masterpieces.

Hopefully there is nothing wrong with me around here.... if so.... maybe I'll be gone, for sure!
