Unfortunately it's not comming out until February, and I don't know tha date. The good news is that it will be a nice scary way to break up the Winter Monotony, but all in all, I think October would be a much more appropriate month to release a classic monster tale like "The Wolf Man." After all, those old Universal monster classics are as much part of the Halloween tradition for some people as the costume and the jack o'lantern. I know I will be screaning all of my Legacy monster movies in October starting with the Dracula flicks, and then the Frankenstein, and last but not least "The Wolf man"

That's right... it is coming out in February 10, 2010. I hought it was going to out in November 2009, but the guy that I talked with, was mistaken about the release date. I remember he told me once that if "The WolfMan" and see how it goes first, then we will probably see "Creature From The Black Lagoon" remake.

It was originaly going to be released in Octobe, then November, and finaly it's pushed to February. I would have loved watching the new "The Wolf Man" in October, but I will enjoy the break from the Winter doldrums of February. Besides, if this flick is any good, it's bound to be in my DVD collection, which means that I can screen it at home in October.

Ok, when it comes out in Feb 2010, then that means it will hit to DVD around June 2010.... perhaps?

Yes, but why wait? It's nice that you can screen good horror movies at home, but it's also nice to experience them on the big screan. I do enjoy "The Blair Witch Project" at home, though. I usualy screen it with all the lights off except for the Halloween decorations, and when I'm alone in the house. After I screen it, I ususly go to bed because it's late at night. That movie scares the beejeebers out of me every time I screen it, and when I lie in bed at night, every little noise my old house makes takes on a scarier aspect.

I was so excited for this one, until I saw this most recent trailer. Really not sure what to think now... I guess I've been living under a rock, 'cause I was under the impression that, with Rick Baker's involvement, this one wouldn't be so CGI-heavy.

I am crazy psyched about this movie! Yeah, they're probably gonna over-do the CGI, but the Rick Baker wolfman make-up looks really good, and it's a fantastic cast. Anthony Hopkins, Hugo Weaving, Emily Blunt... And of course, Benicio Del Toro, who I've been saying forever, since I saw him in The Fan, that he ought to play the wolfman.
And then, the other week, I saw Big Top Pee-Wee on tv, which I hadn't seen for years, and who was it all furry faced playing the dog-boy? BENICIO DEL TORO!!! So maybe that's why, for years and years and years, I've been imagining him in the Chaney Jr. role. By the by, I am unfortunately unable to recommend Big Top Pee-Wee to anyone. Big Adventure was far better.

oh hahaha yea i dont' know that much about it.. those were just some lines he said during the movie that freaked me out hahaha i did like the movie though.. definitley a certain kind of trip
