Look at it like this. You have a world of great movies still to see. I have seen my share of pictures...OK more than my share. That leaves me roaming the racks at Hollywood Video with nothing new to see.
Besides, I think you have to see certain movies at the right time and in the right frame of mind to really get them. So no rush.
Oh, your so cool, Brewster!

Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

I have found this forum to be a font of good info and ideas.
BTB- I found out the hard way that some movies only come to certain store chains. (ie..only Hollywood or Blockbuster)
Also there is the problem of some movies only being available at certain locations of a given chain. Such as when the Hollywood Video in my town did not have FLASH GORDON but the one in the next town did. (which stung all the more because memberships are not transferable from store to store.)
The classic example was when I went looking for an Australian release called ROGUE. (BEST OF ALL THE RECENT KILLER CROC MOVIES) I ended up having to start up a membership at FAMILY VIDEO to see it. So keep your movie store people on their toes. Luckily my local Hollywood Video crew is great. Most of them are horror fans to boot so they keep me abreast and Visa verse.
Oh...and see Rogue if you have not. It's beautifully filmed and well acted on location in Australia. As I said It's the best of the croc movies.

Oh yeah crocs, sharks, pirahnas. lol Like 'em all.

Speaking of foreign horror, has anyone seen Wolf Creek? I just saw that on youtube and they edited it to pieces. But it looked a little too 'torture-ridden' for me.

I'm not at all well-versed in foreign horror/scary movies. I stumbled onto a DVD of The Orphanage a week or two back, and didn't realize it was in Spanish until I got it home. It's not exactly a horror movie, more of a ghost story, but pretty good for what it is. I have problems with movies in which children are endangered, though, and this one was all about that.

Not yet, but I read about it on bloody-disgusting. I'll have to cruise over there to see if they have one yet. Looks good.

Yes too much for my taste. I saw the heavily-edited version. I can't imagine what it's like without all the cuts.
