First of all thanks to all that are participating and giving their honest opinions
I appreciate all your comments!!! so far it looks like I am winning but to be fair I will give him a few days. I also like the compromise idea

To spookshowbaby I guess I don't hate the picture but as Halloween wallpapers go it doesn't actually capture the season. Plus she is for the most part nude and what makes Elvira, Elvira is her complete costume. I guess I feel that the picture depicts just a sexy woman instead of the Icon.... I really hope this doesn't sound lame but its how I feel

I think you should get an Elvira costume and have your hubby take a photo like that of you and then use it as the 'puter desktop... he'd get to look at a hot chick and I don't think you'd mind as much.

He can't keep her until Halloween, but as the others have said, maybe until October when YOU pick the wallpaper.

She actually looks pretty tame though, compared to what my husband has chosen in the past.

Well I personaly don't know how I'm suppose to vote here. I have no problem with the picture at all, I actually like it, but I do feel that since you both share the same computer that there needs to be a compromise, one gets their pick one month and the other gets theirs the next month. So if he's getting his now, and has for the whole month of September, then October would be yours. BUt I'm not in a relationship with you two so I feel I will let the two of you find your own middle ground, I wish you both all the best in finding a solution that makes you both happy

I voted yes.... before I noticed it sounds more like your computer then his... or your turf... Yeah compromise is great.. PErsonaly I love the pic.. its sexy and well.... I guess just sexy... LOL but yeah a compromise would be great switch it up once and a while. I know I change my wallpaper about every week when I come across a real good one.. The pic is not offensive to me but it is all a matter of opinion.. Perhaps you could find a equally sexy picture that you like of a man or whatever... switch it up and see his reaction... a little tit for tat! LOL..
