I've been checking the isles at my local stores for a few weeks, now and still there's nothing, but I can tell you, for ME, THAT'S when things are in FULL throttle....... WHEN THE PUMPKIN ALES ARE FOR SALE!!!

Take your pick.....

Way to go OEJ, you're a man after my own Heart. It wouldn't be fall with a frosty brewed libation. Never heard of Pumpkin Ale before, but you can bet your life I'll be trying it this year. Thanks for the Tip.

Now we're talkin' business, OEJ!! :D I've never had a pumpkin ale before either, BUT I absolutely love Blue Moon beer by Coors (SUCH a tasty treat....AFTER the kids go to bed of course! :) ) and I'd heard about Blue Moon pumpkin ale just this year....I see it's on the list there- I hope I can find it in my area this year to enjoy at our Halloween party!!

It's weird to "believe" in a gourd so much, but yes: Pumpkin is a wonderful flavor, especially with some spice mixed in there. And pumpkin ales are cool! I've only had it a couple of times, but I am getting a hankering, and I know a place down the street that is sure to stock it. They may even have a fresh keg of it coming in, and I am thinking of going down there soon to see what-all they have ...

I do like pumpkin coffee, pumpkin bread, and pumpkin everything.

Pumpkin ale??? Is it any good? Have you tried it before? If so, then what does it taste like? Well, I've never tried this one myself, but would love to taste it!

BTW, will they come to the grocery store and 7-11 store anytime?

OEJ, thanks for the link about pumpkin beer! 8)
