Wow, I just clicked the link from OEJ's reply and.. well.. I think anyone who can make such lovely and accepting people so digusted that they wish someone to be exiled is pretty worrying and I'm not sure what place they would have in the forum.

Still, I don't know him and I was not witness to his posts. Just sharing my concern x

I think I can speak for the regulars here, in saying that we only have this sites best interest in mind; It's integrity and it's sence of community and comradery.

Anything contrary to this, in my opinion, should not be tolerated.

Well, I can't believe we are back at the table over this FOB I already gave my opinion on this "Assumed Member" and my feelings about his Total disregard for any kind of decent Moral Conduct When a member joins they have rules to read and agree to conduct themselves acordingly, and FOB showed no regard for these rules on a number of occasions! Furthermore, since FOB chose to continue to repeat the offenses this further shows a complete lack of regard for the other members of this " FAMILY BASED" site. Not to mention the complete and utter disregard for Human Life & Death. The offenses committed by FOB were so repulsive, not to mention disreputable to our entire site

So, my opinion remains unshaken, there is no place for someone like FOB "IF this member really does exsist, which I highly question" on this site...

But what Winnie Sandrerson says is true... It's really up to Halloween.com who can be permitted to be members here, so I guess the rest of us will just have to wait and see just what kind of behavior they approve of and see as morally just, and then we can decide for ourselves how we wish to proceed.

And HM, what kind of absurd comment is " FYI You can run, but you can't hide" and asking who voted no??? Listen, if you're going to post a Vote Poll, then people have the right to freedom of choice of that vote, if you're not willing to give people that freedom to vote as they wish without Harrasment, then don't post a voting poll! My lord, you come a across in that post like a madman. And furthermore, if you're going to post a thread asking people for their opinion about such a topic, then don't you think you should take an objective position...

I really hope this nonsense resolves soon cause it's really making this site far less enjoyable

HM, I have a question for you... Why isn't Halloweencom posting a members opinion thread as to wether or not FOB is welcome back?? Why do you take such a personal interest in FOB? and trying to see to their return and getting so defensive when others wish FOB would somehow disappear into the Foggy Abyss, just curious cause the way you get to conducting yourself over FOB is somewhat disturbing....

Wow I missed that post by HM.....but since he wants us to speak up I will say I voted no. I will give HM the benefit of the doubt. I am sure he understands being a moderator means he should set an example. I will assume it was a joke and not a threat to anyone who disagrees with him.

I'm really sorry about posting this thread about FOB's welcome back again because he PM'ed me the other days to owe me, HalloweenCom, and the rest of the members like you the apologize. Well, it is all up to HalloweenCom to review this thread and he will make his own decision whether or not FOB will be returning back here again. If he, I mean, HalloweenCom is thinking about giving him 3rd chance... We will keep eye on him. Well, there is nothing to be worried about FOB because his account is currently inactived, I mean suspended. And also, if the vote poll "NO!" has been raised up to the top, then I believe we do not need him to be back here at all. So, if he do come back here and I will have to PM him to re-read the rules and TOS of this Halloween.com forum before ruining something here. I hope for your understanding.

I am sure you have all saw that I said in my post that a second chance should be given
I did not at that time know FOB and was not familiar with his content
I have been following this thread very carefully and after reading what others are saying
I am now going to vote NO For instance I did not know this was a Third Chance ....he has already had a second. Also I didn't have an idea of how offensive he was until I clicked OEJ's link, and read his profile. HIS IDEAS about Life and Halloween are definitely not something I would want represented here. I have come to feel this forum is a safe haven
one true Halloween site where you can come and talk to real people about Halloween and
not have perverts and morons bothering you or soliciting you. I don't want to have to sift through trash to find my Halloween. I think it would be a very dangerous thing to allow this person back at this point. Even if he would be booted the next time.....why give him the chance to cause any more trouble for people who just want express their very true and deeply felt feelings about Halloween.

Good newz.... Never mind about FOB 'cuz he did PM'ing me that he did already read this thread right here, but he didn't get a chance to post it here due to his suspension account... Anyway, he stated that he will go ahead and sign-up with different user name to threat and insult others here... However, I already PM'ed back to him, so far I didn't even get a single reply back from him as yet...

Well, please do not worry about that because we promise we won't let him back here anymore at all due to his threat plans and others like that! Please just forget about him because we will not let him come back here again, ever!!
