Another Question for the Halloween experts

At the very beginning of Halloween, you hear a bunch of kids chanting a Halloween lymric/poem which ends with them yelling "Trick or Treat". I can't quite make it out. Does anyone know exactly what they are saying? BTW, it always sends chill up my spine when I hear it.

I've got the Halloween soundtrack album in my iTunes. What the children chant several times is simply:

Trick or treat, trick or treat, give me something good to eat

Black cats and goblins
And broomsticks and ghosts
Covens of witches with all of their hosts
You may think they scare me
You're probably right
Black cats and goblins
On Halloween night

Trick or Treat.
